Customer satisfaction is the inspiration behind all the endeavors of Manipal Cure and Care (MCC). Hence, in our efforts to strengthen our relationship with our esteemed customers, we have initiated a special loyalty program known as the ‘MCC Wellness Club’. Through the MCC wellness Club we aspire to extend special benefits and privileges to our valued guests and to reward them for choosing Manipal Cure and Care as their preferred Healthcare partner.
Membership
There are three levels of membership at 
Membership Eligibility
Platinum Card
- Membership is through special invitation only or udgradation.
- Gold card will upgrade to Platinum Card if your cumulative bill value crosses Rs2 Lakh within 12 months after activation.
Gold Card
- Silver card will upgrade to Gold card if cumulative bill value crosses Rs. 15000/- within 12 months after activation
Silver Card
- Silver card will be given if your cumulative bill value crosses Rs. 500/- or by paying Rs.500/-
- Additional Silver cards for family members can be bought by paying Rs. 400/- or if bill value crosses Rs.400/-
Membership Details
MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
The membership number is unique to each of your accounts. Please carry your card during all your future visits to Manipal Cure and Care center and present it while billing.
Wellness Points
For every Rs.100/- spent at Manipal Cure and Care by you, you will earn:
- Silver Card - 1 point. (Rs. 1)
- Gold Card - 2 points (Rs. 2)
- Platinum Card - 3 points (Rs.3)
Each point is equal to Rs. 1
Card Validity
The Card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Card Renewal
A month before the renewal date, intimation will be sent to you requesting you to renew your card. The silver and the Gold card will be renewed after 1 year by paying Rs. 500 or billing Rs. 500/-.If the validity of the card has expired, you can go to the Manipal Cure and Care center with your old card, and apply for the new card. |
