  Dr. Kasturi Sen Ray is an internationally renowned Food and Nutrition Specialist. Currently she is working as Reader in Postgraduate Department of Food Science and Nutrition and Coordinator of PG Diploma in Sports Science and Nutrition, SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, India.
