Dr. Kasturi Sen Ray is an internationally renowned Food and Nutrition Specialist. Currently she is working as Reader in Postgraduate Department of Food Science and Nutrition and Coordinator of PG Diploma in Sports Science and Nutrition, SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, India.
The series of lectures imparted by Dr. Ray has been compiled and published as a book in two different languages by the University of Sebalus Maret in 2002. She regularly organizes and participates in national and international conferences, seminars and workshops on Food and Nutrition. |
