Guiding guests on the types and use of the various therapeutic and cosmetic contact lenses Assisting the ophthalmologist in relevant optical procedures. Ensuring that the guests coming to the MCC are guided as per their clinical needs about new products available in the optical shop. Function as interface between ophthalmologist/optician and guests. Ensure there is minimal turnaround time between arrival of guest and delivery of service. Intramural and extramural training and awareness for staff. Ensure proper disposal of all biomedical waste as per protocols and pollution control board guidelines Maintenance of stock inventory & MIS reporting to Center Head/ Category Manager. Co ordinate with vendors on need basis. Co ordinate with Procurement team for ROL. Assist in neighborhood marketing & promotional camps. To be updated about the new advances in the Industry by self.
