Should be able to provide Basic Life Support in case of emergencies. Assisting the Doctors in delivery of medical procedures. Inventory and stock handling of drugs and consumables in the assigned area Checking the functioning of all equipments and necessary action in case of malfunction. Handling all service related guests queries. Ensuring that the guests, coming to the health Center are guided as per their requirements. Function as interface between center doctors and guests & handhold if necessary for procedures. Ensure there is minimal turnaround time between arrival of guest and delivery of service. Convert a query into a service, as per the need of the guest. Responsible for intra and extramural training and awareness of staff. Ensure proper disposal of all biomedical waste as per protocols and pollution control board guideline. Ensuring guest and employee safety. To be updated about the new advances in the Industry by self. Maintain guest confidentiality, both on information and records at all time. Should make sure that cleanliness and hygiene is maintained. Maintenance of stock inventory.
