With the advent of the central government using legislation for propelling the country to quit smoking it is imperative to know and understand the addiction malady of nicotine abuse. If a person wants to quit smoking, it has to be clear that he or she needs a place where they get the correct information to overcome a pleasure that they have been accustomed to over a period of time. In fact a support group needs to be created to supplant and identify common pleasures that can replace smoking and also be there to help a person and their family to kick the habit.

The newspapers and the electronic media are full of information or rather misinformation about a disease that is silently stalking the earth. The viral disease, that is devastating human life on the earth, is HIV which causes AIDS. In spite of the seriousness of the situation, the community at large just knows that this is a deadly disease, and is often unaware of the method of transmission of the disease, and the knowledge of what to do when a near or a dear one is afflicted.
